Chosen Solution my left ‘shift’ key stopped working, and it is a nightmare because I use it allot. I followed all the basic recommendations of previous similar questions: system preferences>accessibility>keyboard/mouse trackpad as well as the dictation & speech are all in check (no special keys, no slow keys etc). Opened the keyboard viewer, and the ‘shift’ is defined properly, when i press the virtual key it responds but the one on the keyboard doesn’t (the right one does work)....

Chosen Solution I’m sorry if this sort of issues has been done to death, but I can’t find ant suggestions that relate to my specific problem. My LD1452 dishwasher displayed the OE error, and so I’ve checked all the drain hoses and internals for blockages etc. I’ve also fitted a new pump but the issue still remains. I’m doubting the old pump was faulty. When the cycle starts there’s a 3 second whirl of the new pump and then it fills with wash water and goes through the wash cycle, but won’t pump the wash water out before it goes into the rinse cycle....

Chosen Solution Hi! I just bought a house with a LG front load dryer. It works, but it continuously starts and stops and takes about 3 hours of this on and off to dry clothes. I’ve replaced the vent so I don’t think it’s a clog. Any ideas of what else I could try?

Chosen Solution I have been having issues with my Lumia 620: It is originally a windows 8 OS, i activated the developer’s preview on it to get 8.1, after which the machine started to behave erratic by constantly going into airplane mode then shutting off . I would then reset the phone to the factory settings. After which i would upgrade to the 8.1 and start over from scratch. Doing so the airplane mode issue reoccurred three times....

Chosen Solution Can anybody help me to solve this issue on my Macbook Pro? To open it I must apply a lot of strength and the lid won’t open up without lifting the base (can see at 0:09 seconds at the video). It seems that the screen hinges are really tight. Also there is this sticky sound that seems like the rubbers along the screen are sticking to the body (noise happens at 0:06 at the video below)....

Chosen Solution missing 2 components . power button wont work.. Hard to tell by that picture, but it looks like those are solder points for a ribbon cable. It might be the cable that connects to your power button.

Chosen Solution I bought the GPD XD and it was working fine. After a few months it shutdown and stopped working. It doesn’t charge or eve start. Chosen Solution This is something I haven’t really seen discussed anywhere. Does anyone know the composition of the glue used by Apple (specifically in MacBook Pros)? And if so, how toxic it is? Both of my MacBooks operate within normal temperature ranges, but occasionally they smell strange. Sometimes I wonder if it’s the glue used to hold the batteries. If so, is this a health risk? Good question! I would contact 3M as the adhesives Apple uses is by them....

I took the system apart, replaced the battery with a new 3rd party battery, and upgraded the RAM from 4GB to 8GB. I noticed that her charger wasn’t lighting up before cracking it open but I was able to get it showing a light.
