Chosen Solution Hello, There is a little scratch on the glass back panel of my gs7, is there any way to remove it/buff it out? I looked through some tips on the internet, so far I tried: baking soda, toothpaste, metal polish, but they didnt work. I ordered a Smitty’s Glass Wax off amazon and still waiting for it to arrive, is there anything I can try? The scratches are superficial....
Chosen Solution A coworker had reimaged this laptop (10.11) and when it came up it couldn’t connect with an ethernet cable or wifi. It also didn’t see flash drives plugged in to the USB. I thought to test it with another system and replaced the hard drive temporarily with a smaller one I installed 10.8.5 onto and everything seemed okay so I gave it back and he was losing connection on the network and wifi again....
Chosen Solution I had an issue with my mac a few weeks ago where it wouldnt boot. Was able to boot to a ubuntu boot drive so mobo and apu seem to work. Replacment drive appered today. Dosnt show in disk utility or terminal when riunning the disk util list command. Chosen Solution Left speaker started crackling on my 16” MacBook Pro. It sounds crazy. I restarted macOS, installed last updates, went through macOS diagnostic (no issues found afterwards), reset NVRAM, nothing helps. I don’t think its software issue, since it’s crackling even on startup screen sound. Mac still under warranty, but I’m not sure what’s going on. Maybe somebody faces this issue before Not getting any errors running the onboard diagnostics doesn’t surprise me as the diagnostics can’t test the speakers as that is within the analog realm....
Chosen Solution A fw days ago I was playing my 3ds Xl and I closed the screen then I came back my 3DS made a poping noise and shut off. I mannaged to turn the brightness down to 1 and it dosn’t turn off although the top screen appears to be on full brightness. So I tore it appart and I found that if i play with the ribbon cable it will come back to the 1 brightness....

Chosen Solution I have my original 5.5 gen 80gb ipod touch in great shape besides what I’m pretty sure is the hard drive. I’ve been thinking of upgrading to the MSATA or SD card adapter. I hear the limit is 1TB. Or is that limit just an iTunes limit? My plan is to use the excess storage after music as an external storage for video. Since most smart TVs can play files off of USB, I thought a portable hard drive in the guise of an ipod would be pretty cool....

For about a year now, it would occaisinally make a weird noise while washing that seemed to come from the agitator working like a ratcheting noise. It didn’t do it all of the time, just mostly when I would wash smaller loads. Today I noticed while doing the weekly laundry, that the agitator wasn’t fully agitating. It was turning back and forth, but very slowly and not “mixing” the clothes like it usually does....

Check circuit breakers/fuses and power cord. On most slide-in and free-standing ranges, it will be necessary to pull out the lower drawer to access the plug and verify is connected securely (for others, sliding the appliance out from the wall would be necessary)....

Try charging it from a different wall outlet or from a different wall wart or charging cable. Try to put your laptop on the charge as you attempt to charge the S8, or put the laptop in High Performance mode, that might help....

Before you say it i’ve tried: Resetting the network settings Resetting the phone DFU hard reset and restore Changing the antenna flex Changing the charger port, Changing the antenna bridge coaxial Airplane mode on and off ‘dropping device’ (don’t understand how that would work LOL) cleaning connectors with PCB My phone is able to manually find the networks but regardless when you connect to them still says no service or searching....

Anyone know if this is a problem that is cheap to fix or will I just need a new phone ? From the drop it sounds like there has been some damaged caused to either the logic board, or your screen, the majority of times the screen is the culprit....
Chosen Solution My Acer Aspire V5 laptop freezes everytime it reaches the shutdown screen. The only way it can be powered down is by holding down the power button. The same error occurs if the laptop is inactive for a while. How can I resolve this issue? I think the issue was bad sectors in the hard drive. Used the laptop recovery process and the problem seems to have gone away....
Chosen Solution I plugged in a bootable pendrive and selected the pendrive(Named EFI) after holding option button. It showed apple logo for a minute. Then I hold power button for 5 seconds and restarted macbook. Now my macbook keeps restarting continously with a beep sound (the one which comes when macbook starts). How should i fix? OK so your drive was setup as a dual boot config MacOS & Windows. There are a few different ways people setup Windows on a Mac partitioning the drive and creating independent boot volumes....

Chosen Solution A while a go my old MacBooks hard drive failed I wanted to upgrade it anyway so I bought a new 120gb ssd and a new hard drive cable (because the other one had a tear in it).When I hold option on startup it doesn’t detect the disk and when I go in disk utility from the OS X install disk it dosent detect it. Sounds like you bought the wrong type of SSD....
