Chosen Solution I was watching a snapchat story and then my phone black screened, its still lit but its black and when i plug it in the charging light still comes on? i really don’t want to restart my phone because i have so many things on my phone i want to save, is there anyway i can fix this? this is really important, thank you so much! Shine the phone under a bright light and see if you can see a faint picture, if yes than its probably the backlight, if no then honestly I don’t know....

Chosen Solution I’ve had my phone 3 months and I’ve never damaged it in any way. Yesterday my phone stopped charging. I tried the power button and volume button trick but it doesn’t work. When I turn on the phone it’s on 3% all the time and when you plug it in an exclamation mark appears on the battery symbol. Then it turns itself off. When you try turn it back on a big battery and exclamation mark appear on the screen....

Chosen Solution My keys for my Kia Soul have been not working, I have to take out the spare key and unlock the car manually instead of being able to unlock from the key automatically. When i plug it in charging LED indicator lits but when i start it up the power and caps lock LEDs blink once and shuts down immediately together with charging LED indicator and the charging LED indicator turns on again. Chosen Solution Bought this Logitech H800 wireless headset refurbished and it worked well for a year, but now the micro-usb charging port has become loose and needs to be at a precise angle for the headset to charge. This means I can still charge it if I wrap the cord around it and leave it over night to get the charger sticking in at the right angle, but one of the nicest features was that I could use it plugged in if the battery died and that no longer seems to be an option since I can’t get the angle right when it’s on my head....

Chosen Solution I have a Early 2011 MacBook Pro (unibody). I’ve attempted a repair, replacing the battery and the charger. Before this repair, this Mac wasn’t detecting battery (battery indicator lights flashed 5 times full). Replacing the battery powered on the fan for a few seconds and then went dead (several times). The battery indicator lights were also working. However, it stopped working some time after, with the battery indicator only working when MagSafe is connected....

This is a common issue with the 2016 models. The new flex cable design between the lid and body was defective. Bring your system into an Apple Store as it should be covered under an extended warranty problem....

Chosen Solution that’s it, really. my Magic Trackpad died; I’ve not done anything exciting with it; regularly replaced batteries, not anything obvious to see; but it’s not powering up when I press it on, so I’m suspicious it’s something power related. We turn the knob to try a different setting but it only lights up normal setting… we try to press a right side button to modify any of the other settings like deep clean or extra rinse but they won’t light up either. We tried lifting lid 6x in 12 sec. We tried counter clockwise then clockwise 2 clicks then counter clockwise then clockwise but still stuck on normal and won’t start....

Chosen Solution I just changed the battery in my IPhone 5s. About a day later, my battery was showing 40%. Put it on the charging. It goes green, lightning symbol shows up. Checked it in about an hour, has not changed, but still showing green. I have tried turning it on/off, done a full reboot, changed to two different charger plug ins, three different wires, still nothing. I’ve even have used it constantly, and the indicator still won’t change....

Chosen Solution My model is actually the ideapad 320-15abr. My issue is it won’t power on unless I do the reset procedure by removing battery holding down power. I have to do this every time and only works some of the time. Last time I left it on and it was completely off two days later and will not power on. All diagnostic tests came back good. Chosen Solution Hi, my GE profile dishwasher-about 12 years old, recently stopped working, I was able to get it to work after locking the touchpad, unlocked and pushing about 20 buttons to make it work. Chosen Solution So I got a used Xbox the other day and sometimes the DVD drive wont open. Is there a way to fix this? Hi, The Xbox 360 uses a rubber belt that can either sometimes become loose/too stretched, becomes dirty with dust, it starts to slip, or it has come out of place etc, putting it back correctly, cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol or replacing the belt usually solves this issue....
