Chosen Solution I restart my laptop and it takes me to the password page. I put in my password and the loading bar comes up. It loads barely halfway and then restarts again and brings me to the password page. This continues in an endless cycle. I contacted apple support and they took me through all the safe boot and SMC and what not options. But it still keeps on restarting....
Chosen Solution I’ve got a laptop with 2 USB Ports, but one only works at a certain angle. Works fine when pressure is constantly applied, no rotation. Works when tilted down (from upper view). Works when USB is between plugged in & unplugged. Sometimes my mouse lights up, but it doesn’t work. I have one that is intermittent also. I think it is the contacts inside the socket. They are a spring hump design....

Chosen Solution I have a MacBook 13" Touch Bar (2017) which after a minor liquid spill (coffee) which does not turn on when the battery board is connected. This startet about 2 days after the liquid spill. When I disconnect the battery board, wait about 10 minutes and plug in a charger, the MacBook starts itself and everything words. Apple Diagnostics report no problems (except the missing battery) and everything is working fine (I let it run for over 24h without any problems)....

I’ve recently found that I really have to push the mini-usb end in quite far and hold it in there tight for the usb stick to show up on the tablet’s MyFiles app (I used to use a more sophisticated file browser but the built in one works fine)....

I tapped gently on a towel to get the water out and put it in rice while I went to buy a glasses repair kit for the mini screw driver. Opened the DS took out the battery and sticker was pink… I did the whole teardown all the way to the LCD and dried everything out with a mini fan....

Chosen Solution Is there anything I can put on my battery to prevent future burns? Try resetting it. Might have too many apps running in the background. If that doesn’t work it sounds like your battery is going. You don’t want to be wearing it if n the battery decides to give up the ghost. Lithium batteries can catch fire. Might want to look at replacing it as this is not normal....

Chosen Solution I tried to change different chargers but still more it’s not picking, and no light is shown.😒 Hi, Check if the laptop’s DC-In jack is OK, (supplier example only to show the part). Sometimes the centre pin of the jack breaks internally (where you can’t see it) and this prevents the power from the charger either charging the battery or running the laptop. So it may be that the battery has gone flat because it couldn’t be charged and the laptop can’t start because there was no power available from the battery or the charger....
