Chosen Solution Ok, my Macbook Air 2017 won’t charge and won’t turn on. There is no water damage at all. The Magsafe charger plugs in and starts as green and turns to amber where it sit. I let it sit like that overnight and it never went to green. I used a different power adapter that I use for our other Macbook Air 2015 and no difference so it’s not the charger....
Chosen Solution I have a Macbook Pro 16 2019 where the cursor down key only works if I really press it hard. I have disassembled, cleaned and put it back together but it seems that the rubber conducting thingy that is pressed down by the keycap is somehow bent out of shape (or lost its conductiveness). I talked to an authorized apple service company and they told me that I have to replace the whole keyboard along with the battery!...
Chosen Solution I recently had an issue where I was getting no response when using the power button. Not even a fan moved. This happened because I was stupidly using a shorted charger. The charger has since been fixed. I concluded that it was my logic board, so I ordered one from eBay. It is apparently in “perfect working condition”. After installing the new board, as soon as I plugged my laptop in to power, the computer turned itself on....
Chosen Solution Around a year ago I upgraded my early 2015 macbook 128 SSD for a 512 GB one, and it worked fine, but a few months ago I started noticing a bit of a slow startup, annoying but a tolerable issue. As more time passed the startup became slower and slower, up to the point where the mac won’t be usable for around 30 minutes after login, and smaller mac os updates could take around 2 hours to complete....

I’m an idiot and initially tried to solder a filter with a walmart solder iron and ended up ruining the connector and knocking off 5 more filters. Feeling ashamed I got some decent gear and managed to get all 6 filters back on but I’m stumped on the missing pad....

Chosen Solution So I’ve recently received an iPhone 3G 16gb for free, It’s pretty old and has a bit of yellowing on the white back and accessories, but everything appears to be fully functioning (charging cable etc.) except the power button, which is missing. It’s not only that the button itself is missing, but the plastic between the button and the metal frame is also missing, and not only that, but it’s stuck on the iTunes screen....

It turned on again when I plugged it in the charger, but the same thing happened again.. It turned off after half an hour and turned on when I plugged it in the charger.
