Chosen Solution I fixed my broken display but now my loudspeaker is dead… After investigating mored etailed I had to notice that there is a small conductor piece missing, so that the loudspeaker is lying directly on the frame / aluminium plate and there is no connection to any circuit board.. on this picture you can see that conductor piece: https://d3nevzfk7ii3be.cloudfront.net/ig… Who has an idea? Look at the email address. They are trying to get your passcode to lock you up....

Chosen Solution The problem started this March 2017. We went on a night swimming and my friend went for a slide with my phone and the pool was 7ft I think. After that the bottom mic near the speaker didnt function. Until now. I know I am too late but is there any solution? Samsung wont repair water damaged phone for free. Pls answersssss I think you would have to replace the charge port, microphones are very sensitive and can be damaged easily....

Chosen Solution My Nikon J1 sat unused for about 6 months. I charged the battery but it still won’t turn on. Suggestions? To begin with, if you left the battery in the camera while you left it unused for 6 months, the battery might have degraded to the point that the charger will not recharge it. This is because the camera drains a tiny little bit of power from the battery even while it’s switched off....

Chosen Solution The laptop (A1370) starts with white screen. The laptop sat unused for 4-6 years. It won’t start up now. I am not a work bench techno wonder so my descriptive terms may be obsolete or wrong. A board I can replace, but soldering a capacitor replacement is a bit beyond me. After searching the web and iFixit for white screen fixes… I have tried all keystroke fixes, the laptop’s recovery flash drive, and DiskWarrior… nothing solves the problem....

Chosen Solution I connect the laptop to the charger alittle orange light on the bottom side under the mouse that has a battery logo turns on for a few seconds then turns off. Doesnt seem to be charging the laptop. I went to best buy geek squad i told them my problem and they said laptops over 4yrs cant be fixed because of unavailable part , but it might be a motherboard issue....

Chosen Solution The display is definitly working, since I’ve tested it on another device. And the phone boots, which I can feel from the vibration. However the display only lights up in the back and doesn’t show any image. Is it possible that the connector is broken, although there is no damage to be seen? I Dont think so …maybe something on the Mainbort itself is broken ?

Chosen Solution When repairing the LCD on my sisters ipod touch 6th generation I lost 3 1.6mm screws and some other screws for the lcd shield plate. Where can I purchase these tiny screws and other types of screws for other apple devices? I tried on eBay it says something like m1.6 and m1, m2, and m3 and so on. I have never heard of that type of screws before. What does this mean?...

Chosen Solution So i have an alienware 17 battery is pretty toast so needs to be in adapter permanently or deflates quick off power line. So any way to replace this or get a new one? Also looking to swap out nvidia GPU for a better one if possible and which one would fit it? I changed the hard disk to an SSD already and i have a pretty nice cooling pad l, but wondering if there is a preferred pad to buy for it....

Chosen Solution Edit: I believe I was on Catala 10.15.3 My issue is that the laptop will not turn on, the screen stays black, I don’t even see the Apple logo. It was working a few hours ago, I shut it down, then less than an hour later went to turn it on and it did not turn on. Both times it was not connected to any external accessories, although on most days I do use the Vava VA-UC006 USB-C Hub for both an external display and charging....

Chosen Solution in my one plus one when i answer call and move to loadspeaker mode no one can hear me, i hear them well in regular mode all good what part should i replace? does one plus one had 2 mics? The OPO has 3 mics, 2 channels, 1 noise canceling near the camera lens. I also have the same problem, the speaker does not work at all, no matter what app I try (different audio / video recording apps)....

Chosen Solution What part would I have to replace if the microphone does not work? Whenever I try to speak on FaceTime or any other application, it will not pick up any sound. Check the microphone hole and make sure theres no lint or dirt build up. Put a needle or something small and see if you can pick out debris but don’t go through to much because you’ll damage the microphone....

Chosen Solution I recently updated my old MacBook Pro with a new battery, 8gb of RAM, 3G SSD, and hard drive cable. Did a fresh OS instal on the SSD and ran it externally as the boot drive for a week. Everything was great so I installed it into the laptop and immediately started having problems. Sometimes it doesn’t want to boot, gets half way then just shuts down. Sometimes I can boot to safe mode then get it to restart and load the system all the way....

Chosen Solution Seemingly out of nowhere, the B key on my keyboard is giving me trouble. It has not stopped working outright, rather it works only when pressed specifically in the upper left hand corner. Pressing hard on any other part of the key does nothing. Is there a setting that does this? Are there multiple sensors on the keys? No there is only one switch element. Apple has a known issue with the new butterfly keyboards used in this system....

Chosen Solution Hi, my Macbook Pro (16", 2019) was repaired about a 7 months ago - I had the entire bottom replaced. Recently, my laptop has started shutting down when under strain (like playing a video game) - but today it shut down when using google maps. I checked the CPU die temperature and I saw it was 100C from simply starting up and opening chrome. If I leave it on idle for about 20 mins, it gets down to about 55-65C but never lower....
