Chosen Solution My iPhone says “iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes”. I have tried everything to get it off this screen, but nothing will work. Even DFU mode won’t work because iTunes says the iPhone was previously in DFU mode, but it restarted and is now no longer in DFU mode. Sadly the world has moved on! The cellular network this phone used is no longer active. The only way to connect is via a Mac or PC which still offers the older versions of iTunes via the special USB to iPhone cable....

Chosen Solution Hey, so my laptop has stopped charging after 3 years. I tried a different power cable but that’s all. The problem could be anywhere form the power pack down. I’ve never had any issues like this before so I have no idea what it could be. Should I try to fix it myself? Chosen Solution How can I ’re-energize’ my Mac to the original normal speed? Most likely a hard drive I/R cable issue. This is a know issue on certain models; Apple will even replace some for free but we need to know your exact machine to be certain. Upgrading the RAM and HDD to SSD drive will make your Mac like brand new again. And cleaning also may help like deleting or transferring file to another drive....

Chosen Solution I dropped my phone and the screen went black. When it came back on it showed coloured lines flashing. After 2 days of not working it came back to working but that afternoon I lost it again to the coloured lines and sometimes black screen. The blue light at the top can still flash so I know it’s getting power but can it be fixed or does it sound like a big issue and should I get a new one?...

Chosen Solution My phone was very hot and i tried to off it and leave it for a while, but it did not come up again(i mean is not on) Most likely the cause of the heat issue is a bad, or failing battery. That is the most common cause of heating up. It is possible that the battery got hot enough to destroy itself, or even the internal components of the phone....

Chosen Solution Everything went smooth while replacing the flex cable, however something weird is happening now. When recording a video everything works fine, but when recording a video on Instagram or Dictafone you can only hear a static noise and no sound recorded. Any idea of what the problem might be? There are two microphones on the lightning flex cable assembly. Perhaps they were damaged in the process of replacing or simply defective to begin with....

Just make sure you have a charge port/dock connector part that is also AT&T. I don’t know if its unlocked, but getting a code from Ebay or AT&T is easy.

Chosen Solution My fan usually gets really hot, even when nothing is running on my computer. Chosen Solution I have the newest version of the iPod touch and when i listen to a song on my ipod it will only play one song fully before it turns the music off completely. It then will play like four secs (if that) of the next song then gone, I have to go and restart the same song and flip thru before it turns off again. julianna, make sure you have all your songs and files on your computer and try to restore the iPod with itunes....
