Chosen Solution Hi there. LG PDP50R30111 loud pop whilst watching similar to a balloon popping, screen went black and no sound. Power/standby light still turns on, no smoke and nothing obviously broken in the back of the TV. Wondering if I should replace the power board or the YSUS? I personally don’t think repairs on TVs make much sense considering the boards can be expensive. Around 100$ for just the power board....
Chosen Solution My mac mini keeps loading when starting up. Only when clearing the PRAM (by using the CMD + Option + P + R keys), it starts up normally. I have wiped the entire HD and re-installed the MacOS (through the recovery mode), but even after that the mac mini only starts up normally after reset of the PRAM. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Usually a low PRAM battery causes this....
Chosen Solution I tried to boot my Mac Pro and it would not do anything when I pressed the button. I changed power cords and got a power light button response but then went out. I then went through the SMC reset. Now the power button when held for 15 seconds responds by the power light flashing for several seconds and a beep tone then the power up sound but nothing happens....
Chosen Solution Hi, I have my MacBook Pro 2016 that automatically turns off giving error message every time when CPU Proximity reaches 60 degrees C. At that temp fans do not even start. I installed Macs Fan Control app and set it up to start fans at 40 degrees and go max rpm at 50 to be able still to use my laptop, so fans are working. Chosen Solution First, out of the blue, the display screen showed the Power Level counting down repeatedly (P 10, P 9…) while at the same time the speaker was sending out a continuous beep, beep, beep. When I unplugged the device for a couple minutes, then plugged the power cable back into the socket, the display came up flashing and showed 88:88. I pressed every button on the keypad and only the Reset button worked clearing the display and showed : and again none of the keys on the keypad worked....
Chosen Solution My 2011 Silverado 1500. The cruise control only works when it wants to. I press the cruise button and nothing happens; after a while or another day it works for a while From what I’m finding, a common fix that has worked for many and is cheap has been to replace the brake lamp switch. Its like $20. If that doesn’t do it it might be an issue with the switch/buttons itself and you might have to replace that....

When I plug it in the charging light turns on, so the I thing it’s receiving charche and battery is ok. Chosen Solution My daughter’s Furby just started to make this cracking noise with every word it says. Also the Furby’s moving very quietly and not moving back and forward (at all). Usually when the Furby goes to sleep, it will bend forward. Also the its ears (SOMETIMES) are not moving forward when going to sleep. When the Furby is awake, it will last like 1 minute and its eyes will light off (and will go to sleep)....

If possible check all the connections from the LCD unit to the keypad for any dry joint connections. If it looks OK, check on the back of the LCD unit for any information as to make or model number of the unit itself. If there is any info, search online using the info and check if any results....
Chosen Solution so, when i was charging my tablet i rotated the cord and heard a pop. ever since that in order for me to get it to charge, i have to bend the cord around just to get it to charge and when it does, it takes days to get a full charge. I also bought a new charger and same results. That pop sound was more than likely a short somewhere in the charging circuit....

Reset SMC, tried power on pads with keyboard as well as with the airport card, SSD module, LCD disconnected - still no help. When under warranty I ordered replacement logic board and left I/O board which had fixed the unit in the past. Now many are off warranty....

My impression, is that it seems the Smart TV overlay is flickering, not the whole panel. I say this, because when it’s flickering, I can’t access Input, Options, or any Smart Apps. Sometimes it stops, and when it does, i can access all menus perfectly. There is someone in Youtube with what seems to be the exact same issue as mine....
