Chosen Solution Recently I have swapped the analog sticks on my dual shock 4 because they had worn away. After re-assembling the controller, it won’t turn on without being plugged into the PS4 via USB. Once connected the controllers light bar, will pulses orange once and go black. After this I can then connect the controller to the PS4, but only the X button will work, and the Triangle button will work, but act as the Circle button....
Chosen Solution I am experiencing the same issue after replacing the lightning port. I was able to resolve it the first time around by tightening all the screws near the lightning port however after one week the static/ rain noise has returned. When I put the phone on speaker or if I plug into the headphone jack with mic, the noise disappears. Were you able to figure out how to fix the problem?...
Chosen Solution Hi, I’m experiencing some weirdness with my MacBook: I can’t shutdown or reboot vie the menu or the power button, nothing happens. The only way to do it is with the terminal commands halt / reboot. Also the force quit shortcut (option, command, esc) doesn’t work, to open it i have to use the menu. With the force quit shortcut i only get the “funk” sound. I tried everything: Safe mode, new user account, SMC & PRAM reset, repair reinstalled, took an image of the system and booted in another Mac (causing the same issue), Apple support was of no help either....
Chosen Solution I dropped water on the side of my MacBook but it was shut. It worked for a few hours but when I put it to sleep and later open it again it was shut off, but after a few tries it worked. However the next day I tried to start it up and it would no longer start up. After trying to turn it on many times now I can hear it making a sound that is similar to that of a spinning CD and it’s slightly warm on the bottom....

Chosen Solution This is a weird one, my marantz 2220 only inputs with tape in, and the knob on phono. no other inputs work, not even auxiliary with the knob on aux. I find this very strange and would appreciate some suggestions as this is my nicest receiver as of now. (visual of the only functioning RCA inputs)
Chosen Solution MODEL: mvwc200xw2 I put in a load and after an hour and a half came to switch it to the dryer. The washer had stopped but the washer was still full of water, and the only light on was “lid locked”, the “done” button wasn’t even lit. So I hit cancel and started “drain and spin load” but after the “sensing” light came on, it didn’t do anything else, and then shut off altogether with no lights on....
Chosen Solution I just got my ifixit battery then I changed my battery at cell phone phone store but I got this message: Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery. Health information not available for this battery. what can I do to make it fixed and able to see the battery health? The only way to fix this would be to swap the Battery Control Module (BCM) from the original battery to the new one which can be a little on the more dangerous side as you’ll be dealing directly with the battery terminals....
Chosen Solution i accidentally spilled a tiny bit of water on the keyboard and they flipped it upside down and let it dry for multiple days to weeks. When it turns on everything is good except that when i press 4, r, and f as described sets off a bunch of other keys even though i never pressed them. And it keeps spamming those keys until i unplug or press the button its spamming or another button that’s no broken....

Chosen Solution I bought a 60GB CECHA01 PS3 from eBay last week and found very quickly that it didnt work properly. It could play Blu ray discs and Playstation 1 discs fine, but if I tried a PS2 game or a DVD, it would never work. It wouldnt even show up on the XMB as an incompatable disc. I opened up the PS3 and found something that confused me. The drive inside was a BD-410, a model that from what i understand, shouldn’t be able to work in a CECHA01....
Chosen Solution The caps keys, C and M keys stopped working recently. For a while I could tap hard repeated and eventually get the letter to appear, but now they don’t work at all. @skykevver that does sound like a bad keyboard. Replacements are relatively inexpensive. IT appears that nobody ever created a guide on how to replace the keyboard. So you will have to use something like this video (slightly different model) and work your way to the keyboard....
Chosen Solution Hi I have a vaxhall astra 1.7cdti ecoflex estate life mk5 2010 model. Giving blue smoke out of exhaust when driving mainly. It’s done 160k miles Not sure what can it be?? Valve seals? Head gasket??no signs of any leaks checked this. Turbo? Dpf filter ?? Any help would be much appreciated @kingimy123 160K and blue smoke would lead me to believe you are having issues with the Turbo....
Chosen Solution my iphone 7 plus is stuck in recovery mode and when i try to restore it with itunes i get an “ERROR 7” pop up. can someone help me please? disconnect everything apart from screen and charge port and battery, now do a restore, if it fails then you need to take it to a repair shop for something board level mostlikely.
Chosen Solution I was trying to fix my iPhone (Broken screen) but when i lifted up the shield that protects the connectors for the screen this came off and im not sure how. Now my phone will not turn on anymore, I can charge it and I hear noises along with receiving messages and it vibrating. Im not sure what I broke but nothing will turn it on. That’s the screw socket for the center screw on an iPhone 6 flex cable cover....
Chosen Solution It doesnot start up. The laptop is dell vostro3450 i5. Only shows the battery icon (white light). It does not turns on. It’s a possibility the flashing amber/white light means battery is low and isn’t being charge. You may check the status of the battery and AC adapter in the BIOS. Power off computer, and then make sure AC adapter is connected to computer well Power on computer, quickly start tapping the F2 key continuously, you should be in the BIOS screen....

My phone lasts even less than it did before I changed it out. What else can I do. Check the battery health with 3utools Depends on the part, Did you get an ‘OEM’ grade battery for the replacement or the cheaper battery? Knock off batteries can have a smaller capacity and might not perform like an OEM....

As in the CEC 2019 setting? This allows the system to adjust power consumption when it is in shutdown, idle, or standby state. It’s kinda like Hibernate but it’s BIOS controlled....
