Chosen Solution We have the Late 2008 (7th Gen) 160gb version. We installed the correct ifixit battery thick, as only devices from 2009 are thin. However, when putting the housing together it will not go all the way down at the top. Anyone else ran into this? It looks like you got a battery for the 160gb thick model from 2007 (6th gen), and yours might be 2009 model (7th gen) is slimmer....

Chosen Solution Hi I have a Samsung S7 but there is no sound coming from the loudspeaker earpiece works and sound comes out the earphones when plugged in ive replaced the loudspeaker module but no difference any help guys A few things to check: Check the two connector pins for the ear piece speaker. It should be at the bottom left section of the logic board if I remember correctly. They should be present and not broken....

To get to the android recovery splash screen I held the ‘settings’ button on the front panel of the tv, then held channel down, then released settings followed by channel down and it sent me to this splash screen with the dead android guy laying on his back with red exclamation. Chosen Solution Recently, my iPhone 5s started only charging intermittently, then not at all. I tried very hard to get it charging again, but eventually the ’empty battery’ icon disappeared and the screen was left totally black. I have since replaced both the lightning port assembly and the battery myself (without obviously messing up, save tearing the TouchID cable), but have never been able to charge it nor seen anything other than a black screen, despite the new battery....
Chosen Solution The laptop Would come on but screen is blank @saleem16 connect an external monitor and see if that shows anything.If it does you know you have an issue with your LCD. If it does not then the issue may be related to a bad GPU circuitry on your motherboard. Let us know what you find out.
Chosen Solution The lens is blacking out. When I turn on my camera the screen blacks out and won’t take a picture but will still show the box (it turns red so it doesn’t focus). It seems as if the lens thinks it is seeing pure darkness and there is nothing to focus on. And when I tried to take photo outside, it will work, (outdoor) but if I take pictures inside (indoor, must say no lights at all) it wont work....

Chosen Solution ok so i decided to test out a rumor about bathing your smartphone in isopropyl alcohol beings my phone had a bunch of grit/dirt in it. it work just fine before the bath. now it turns on and it functions with 2 problem tho.1) it has dark blotches all over the display.2) it has trouble reading the sim card(as in it still reads the sim card just poorly) and ideas would be great....
