Chosen Solution looking for help. 2nd paper on his way in front from tray to drum and cartredge1st paper jam after properly developed and have to pulled out. This happening continuously. Typically the pinch rollers need cleaning, dirt, ink, and possible paper dust will collect on the rollers and stick to your paper, try cleaning all the rollers first.

Chosen Solution Why won’t the head spin? Hey Keitha. Three things. The threads on the drive shaft are stripped. If that’s the case the head will not stay on the shaft, and both parts would need replacement; or The drive shaft itself could be damaged or broken. Replace the drive shaft only, if this is the case; or The clutch may be worn out or damaged, etc. In most cases it’s easier and not terribly expensive simply to replace the clutch, if this is your issue....

Chosen Solution Can’t turn on my laptop there is a light on the on button which makes me believe that it’s not the battery that’s a problem , it’s a problem with the screen If you believe it to be an issue with your screen I would connect it to an external monitor temporarily to see if you can get a picture to come up. Also, try removing the battery and having it connected to wall power and try powering on the device....
