Chosen Solution Hi, It started with some display flickers issue and delayed screen wake up time if we keep it in sleep. Now after few week laptop is working fine but display doesn’t come up. Got it diagnosed from Apple service center, they told display is fine and told me to replace the logic board. Any suggestions..? Thanks The tires are flat so change the engine! I love that logic! After several attempts to figure it out I took it to Apple and paid the money to get it fixed. They replaced the logic board in October and it had been working great since then… Suddenly last week while I was using it it randomly shut down and now is doing the same thing....

Chosen Solution Main board of my TV is faulty and company is ran away, due to this I am not able to use my TV. By any chance can I use other brand main board? or I can use only TV as computer monitor ? With a bit of homework you have both options. Replace it with the same main board, or find another Manufacturers mainboard that uses the same connectors with similar specs....

Chosen Solution Looking for a guide of how to dismantle the baby camera for a Motorola MBP33 baby monitor please. Found a few for replacing the mic and speaker but I’m hoping to replace some IR led’s as only 3 out if 9 work giving a dark image. Have had it apart as much as the base off but wonder if anyone has managed to disconnect the 2 small multicore plugs as they won’t disconnect and don’t want to over do it and break any thin wires....

Chosen Solution So I don’t have a back plate on my 3ds x and so the battery is taped on to the ds’s back but it still won’t charge but it will when I move it a little but then it will immediately stop charging and turn off,is there a good reason why The reason why it is having trouble charging is because that back plate is missing. Even if you have it taped on, the connection still may be loose....

I don’t think that this kind of device have any protection for overvoltage because generally the protection system is integrated into the power supply, but in your case, you directly connected your tablet to the wrong connector so you damaged the motherboard, I didn’t find much information about your model and to begin with, you have to take a photo of your motherboard and focus on the area around the charging connector, you can watch this video to help in the disassemble process....

Chosen Solution Display has been flickering and dimming during startup for a while now, didn’t really bother me, until I upgraded the hard drive to an SSD. Then the display started to become pixelated. I have already connected the iMac to an external monitor and the problem does not transfer to the external monitor. Attached is a picture how it currently looks. Not sure if the picture shows the extent of how pixelated and oversaturated the colors look....

Chosen Solution I was measuring the voltage of a small fly swatter racket so I could modify it and make a lantern bug zapper thing, so I barely tapped the button to attempt to produce a smaller voltage, and I expected it to be around 280 to 400v, but my meter just shut off and now it won’t turn back on. It is a barn star DT9205A from Tractor supply with a CAT ll 600v rating on the bottom left....

Chosen Solution Hi! My new 3ds works fine, exept that it won’t charge, I tried changing the battery board from another known good new 3ds but it’s definately not the problem. It might be the charging port, but after checking with multimeter seems fine, anyone else has had this problem before? Please, help! My guess would be the charging port, but if you don’t think so, try a different charger. Maybe that one’s broken

Chosen Solution hello community i have an Asus vivobook X542UN i took it to a repair shop to upgrade my ssd (so this happened after it was opened) and now the laptol only runs on the charger and turns off immediately if i unplug it the battery is almost new and it ran like a charme before it was opened the repair shop wouldn’t take responsibility for what happened so im trying to fix this myself now, what might be the problem and how do i fix it ?...

Chosen Solution Lg google tv keeps turning on and off by itself and then stays on just to pop up the input settings for the hdmi and goes back on when we take it off. and the volumes, power etc. controls on the tv occasionally stop working. Help! I had the same problem too, so I took it up on my self and opened my TV. Without knowing what was the issue I suspect it could be the fuse even though I’m not a mechanic guess what....

Chosen Solution Have no sound coming from my TV. Have tried using headphones and get intermittent sound. Hi @mcstringer , It may be a that it is a faulty audio amp circuit in the TV although this doesn’t really explain satisfactorily why there is intermittent audio only in the headphones and not the main speakers as well. Here are some poor images (apologies) taken from the service manual that show that the audio is fed out of the TV’s CPU to the audio amp and then to the speakers and that the headphones have their own amp....

Chosen Solution My house got hit by lightning and ran through the Ethernet cable to my PS4 and fried it. Is their any way I can rebuild it or should I cut my loses and get a whole new system? I wouldn’t advice working on it yourself. I doubt you know which parts got damaged, and even if you fix that, there might be more broken. I’d suggest looking for a new one....

Chosen Solution Hello, I found different answers or suggestions. I have a MacMini Late 2011 with 16GB Ram and 1TB hdd. I use it for transcoding video files with handbrake and tag them with subbler for my plex server. It is fast due to the quadcore processor and 16gb Ram. Can I speed it up with the dual hard drive kit when I remove the hdd and insert two ssd‘s? Do they work in a Raid system and if so, could I format the system in APFS and will increase that again the speed for read/write?...
