Chosen Solution I have a mid 2012 macbook pro. The uppercase stopped working on it, so I bought and replaced it myself, since it was out of warrenty. After putting it back together, everything worked, but the backlight just stopped working. I can see the screen with a flashlight, but it’s just really dark. The brightness slider is still coming up on the screen too. I did the pram reset, and smc reset, and all the other software checks, so it should be a hardware issue....

Chosen Solution My MacBook Pro 15" A1226 shows up with a wrong serial number. This serial does NOT match the Modell, it shows up as a newer unibody model from 2009. The serial printed inside the battery cavity DOES match as a 2,2 Ghz, ( original) 2 GB RAM, 128 MB NVRAM nVidia graphics model. I am aware of the fact that the upper case or logic board are swapable. You could change the serial with the blank board serializer but only when it is blank and not already having a number....

Chosen Solution I was playing League of Legends in my MacBook Pro Late 2011 A1278 when it suddenly turned off. No messages, no sounds, just turned off. When MagSafe is connected, the lateral lights that indicates battery charge turn on normally. If MagSafe is disconnected they don’t work at all. If the battery is disconnected but MagSafe connected, pressing the button makes the first light blink for a few seconds; pressing it a second time makes all the lights flash for a few seconds....

Chosen Solution Hey , I recently purchased a battery and installed it, changed the thermal grease, dusted out the whole thing. Now my CPU temperatures are running around 95C on average, and my fans are on full blast. Happens shortly after booting. Interestingly, I followed the advice of a friend and powered on the laptop with the battery unplugged, just running from the charger. My CPU temp stayed at like 50C, but it ran super super slow....

It didn’t respond so I plugged in the charger. When the computer officially turned on the following keys stopped working “qwertyuio”. Chosen Solution The micro-USB power port on my NES classic broke. Is it an easy fix, and where can i get a replacement port? @wackowax ,Waqas, If port is found to be bad/loose/damaged , this is really not a repair for the inexperienced because the charge port for your device is soldered to the mother board and the heat generated could cause further damage if not very careful. Chosen Solution Hello guys While replacing audio ic on iPhone 6 Plus I have seen three missing pads. Phoneboard showed all of them to be ground pads. I have soldered a new ic without jumper wires and still microphone/earpiece is not working. Should I desolder the ic and run jumper wires to those ground pads or my problem should be somewhere else? In other words, ground pads in general should be fixed by jumper wires or it doesn’t matter?...

Chosen Solution Wacom refuse to fix stylus or even to sell separate parts, they only advice you to buy a new pen (≃90€). Therefore I am stuck with a broken pen that looks easy to fix but can’t find any trustworthy details about the repair. Chosen Solution So my Iphone 4 was on low battery and i decided to charge it. Every charger i tried, official apple chargers and unofficial chargers, came up with “This accessory may not be supported. Eventually the battery died and i put it on charge and it said it was charging. Even after waiting a couple of hours, it still showed the dead battery symbol. Chosen Solution My iphone 6s recently started doing this. It only works when plugged into the charger and when unplugged it turns off shortly afterwards .
