You will have to treat it the same way you would any other submerged device. Remove the battery, and disassemble is right down to the logic board. clean everything with isopropyl alcohol (90%+) and a soft brush, including all connectors and cable ends....
Chosen Solution my phone charges normal displays that it has power or currently charging as normal but when i boot it seems to just keep booting i try to go into safe mode but it wont work all i get stuck with is the logo and then reboots its the same with recovery mode it doesnt get past the logo then reboots. Its stuck in a bootloop. Easiest solution is going into recovery mode and factory resetting....

I would check the connectors in case they maybe were jarred out of place, but if not then the LCD will need to be replaced. Chosen Solution i changed the digitizer and appears 5 lines , an the touch not work where the lines are. i checked again and clean with a brush the connectors, and still the lines. i read that if you dont put the bracket’s screws in the same place, the motherboard can be dammaged. i am afraid that this hapenned to me. please help. 80% chance that the LCD connector isn’t seated all the way or there is some dirt on it....
Chosen Solution does the samsung galaxy s6 edge model’s all have the same part’s? anytime i do Samsungs i order by model number, for the most part screen, battery, cameras are the same, the charging ports is what i order specific based on model number unless you just solder the new port then it is the same.
Chosen Solution So my 2012 macbook pro just recently started kicking the fans on high during start up. Right as the progress bar is loading the fans kick on and then everything bogs down really bad. Im able to get logged in and I can open and close applications, but its very slow and lags very bad with the spinning beach ball coming in intermittently. About 15-20 minutes later the fans die down and everything runs as it should....
Chosen Solution Hi All, I have a macbook pro retina that is has a unique LCD issue. When you turn it on it shows a distorted apple logo as shown in the picture. (Looked like a graphics issue to me). However when you plug it into an external display the laptop works perfectly with no problems at all. I am trying to figure out what I need to replace. Chosen Solution When I showdown my MacBook pro 13” 2009 it turns automaticly on immediately. It also wakes up from sleep mode randomly after some time without a reason. I did reset SMC and PRAM without any success. Battery looks ok. Keyboard seems to work fine (all keys). Besides that it operates fine. Thanks for any hint. Look in your System Preferences > Energy saver and see if the box for “wake for Network Access” is checked....
