Chosen Solution So basically one day I was using my iMac when all of a sudden the screen went black. I assumed it went to sleep because I was on my phone looking something up. But then it wouldn’t turn on. I tried everything and nothing was working. After awhile it finally turned on because I unplugged the power adapter and plugged it back in. But it happened again and absolutely nothing will work now, and to get help from Apple I need the serial number but I cannot get the serial number because the iMac will not turn on and I do not know what to do....

Chosen Solution Hey there, Recently i tried to root my Samsung J6+ using magisk and TWRP recovery but it failed, when i open up the phone it just tells me that i can’t use samsung pass because my phone has been rooted but when i check using root checker there was no root, i tried flashing a new software for my phone but when i was flashing using odin my phone turned off and kept rebooting on a green screen that tells me “An error occured while installing software update” so now my phone doesn’t turn on but when i plug it into my laptop or charger it just keeps restarting on that screen when i try to go to download mode without pressing continue it just stays but when i press continue it keeps restarting again and again, Hopefully someone could help me fix it, Thanks....

Chosen Solution I cant turn on my phone. Whenenever I plug it to the charger it only blinks, i tried to reboot it but the logo doesnt appear your phone shouldn’t open. It should stay shut. but to get it to turn on, put it into recovery mode, and then from the menu, hit reboot, if it doesn’t even get to recovery mode, you’ve got a dead battery. replace it....

Chosen Solution My above described phone fell from my hand and it has never been on again.I have tried to hard reset it with volume up and power button,I have charged it for a whole day and night but it won’t open.I have also tried holding the power button without suspending for long but nothing happens.It will not turn on.There is no damage that is visible to me. @masere, Lilian, Find below a link to show how to dismantle your phone so you can check inside your phone for any damage or loose components/cables/connectors/etc....

Chosen Solution The laptop will not charge from power cable Hi, Have you checked that the laptop charger is supplying 20V DC? If you have no way to test the charger, can you try another known working compatible charger and check if that works OK? If the charger is OK, perhaps the DC-In jack has come loose from the systemboard or is faulty. The link is only shown to give an idea of what the part looks like and what it may cost....

Chosen Solution the laptop is not turning on Possible the barrel jack connector (for power) came loose from the motherboard? This happened with both of mine so figure it must be a common fault. Need to take the whole thing apart and re-solder the power socket back in place (if it’s come loose).

Chosen Solution Just set up. Worked perfectly for 10 minutes and then picture went off. Still have sound. feezpops what did you mean when you said “Just set up” If you recently purchased it have it checked under warranty. If not start by shining a flashlight beam in a darkened room at an angle against the screen and see if you can still make out the picture. LG has issues with bad backlight arrays....

Chosen Solution I spilled coffee all over my Macbook while it was open. I shut it down as soon as possible, drowned it in rice but it still won’t turn on. What’s my next move? You will need to perform Liquid cleaning. I would recommend taking it in to a reputable Mac repair center. They will most likely have to use ultra sonic cleaning. Chosen Solution i have a satellite P55W-C5200X and can’t find where the bios jumper is located @kawkaw66 this does not hold true for laptops build within the last 10years. No longer will passwords be erased by removing any battery. Passwords etc., are now stored in IC’s on the motherboard. No jumper setting, no battery removal will clear this. You can try and contact Toshiba to help you recover the BIOS password....

Chosen Solution I have a nice Mad Catz RAT 5 mouse where the left mouse button does a double click even when I just single click. Does anyone have instructions to fix this ? It’s been my experience that the double-click problem is caused by the contacts in the microswitch getting dirty/oxidized. Usually, cleaning them will fix the problem for a while, maybe a few months, before it inevitably happens again....

Retry or cancel and return to the previous screen.” How can I solve this issue? I reset my phone on factory settings many times, but error still same. Chosen Solution My mid 2012 mac book pro 15” is having a USB issue. I can power a wired keyboard with it, but any other device will not work. I have tried this in both Mac OS, and windows 7 through boot camp. I hooked a meter up to the USB ports, and read 5v, but I don’t currently have a way to check the current with a load. A few minutes means: 5, 10, 15, 20 or whatever minutes it likes to stay on. What could be the cause for this blackout? John Van Dael check your power supply for bad capacitors. It sounds like you are losing either your backlight or total power.

Chosen Solution All at once, my Samsung Gear S2 screen displayed all white. The numerals and watch face is barely visible all in shades of white. Is there a fix? Chosen Solution After a power outage my receiver won’t turn on. It shows “Thermal Error” in the display for a few seconds and then turns off again. My guess is it was a voltage peak when the power got back on that killed it.I tried contacting Pioneer, but they just told me to contact a service shop. That will probably cost more than it is worth so I will not do that, but still it will be a shame to have to throw away a 5 year old receiver if it easily can be fixed…I tried searching for the schematics for it, but I had no luck....

Chosen Solution I have this iPad 4 since almost 2015. It has face a lot of problems with charging and a new one is here!! Sometimes it shows that the “accessory may not be supported “ or it does not charge unless I put it on a certain angle.
