Also have a 5th wheel that I intend to tow with the truck and therefore need to upgrade mirrors with Ram after market towing mirrors. Is there procedure on how to do this replacement on my own? Chosen Solution @freewoman don’t throw it away. This sounds like a weak or dirty laser. The very first thing you want to do is to get a laser lens cleaner. You can pick those up in alomost any larger stores like Walmart, Target etc. Run it through your DVD player a few times. Then try again. If that still does not resolve the issue you may have to repalce the laser lens assembly or the complete “loader” assembly....

Chosen Solution I’ve checked for dust and opened the console but didn’t see any. When it starts to get hot the screen just flashes on and off going faster each time. The cooling fan doesn’t even speed up at all when is so hot. Also the console never turns its self off. My ps4 was super loud. I discovered that the apu only had paste on one half. Hi @vanlewend , When there is audio but no picture, try shining a torch at an angle close to the screen to see if there are any images there on the screen. They will be very faint if they are there so trying this a darkened room may help....
Chosen Solution My machine will not stop spraying even though the push button is released. It will also not spray when using the upholstery tool. I’ve looked through the wiring diagrams and can only quess that it maybe the rocker switch. Do you have any knowledge on this? The red button on Handle is faulty or stuck down.
Chosen Solution Laptop unresponsive. The adapter has a light on it, but there seems to be no activaty in the laptop. I tried hard reseting the system. Also disconnected the battery, still no use Hi, Does the laptop show that it is charging when the adapter is connected to it? If not check that there is 19.5V DC at the output cable plug of the adapter. Just because the adapter light is on doesn’t mean that there is voltage at the output and maybe the battery has gone flat because of this....

Chosen Solution A customer brought this laptop in for E-Waste, and while registering items to go out I ran into an issue with it being bitlockered. We’re unable to wipe it due to drive encryption and can’t format the drive via diskpart or at the partition creation screen during a windows installation. Is there any way to delete everything? A policy of my company is that if it can we reused, we wipe it, put a new OS on it and take it to the Boys & Girls club for the kids to use....

Randomly, it will stop working and I am not able to login despite the green dot (network accounts available). I have Admin rights to the domain and I have tried to login as a teacher.
