Most likely just a dirty contact occurring between the card and your device but also note that the port may just been worn out after all these years....

Chosen Solution My Huawei P8 Lite 2017 suddenly bent in the middle. Phone is working fine but heating a bit more, and i did not submit it to any stress, torsion or impact. Phone was kept in the front pocket of my jeans and protected by a silicon case. What could be the cause of this, and is it likely that the damage is covered by warranty repairs? Thanks its probably the fact that you had it in your pocket, a silicone case wont stop it from bending and it wont just bend on its own so no warranty wont cover it

Chosen Solution I bought a new keyboard and trackpad to try and save a staff member’s old Mac Air. I’m having a heck of time getting the flat ribbon cable that comes from the keyboard into the receiver slot on trackpad. I even bought a new trackpad that I didn’t really need b/c I thought they would mate better. So both cable and slot are brand new. I can’t figure out to force it in there without damaging it....

I had to show him in extremely dark room that every thing is working except that the screen is very dim. So: my Mac Pro died, most probably in consequence of a power surge after I turned off the power bar without noticing that the Mac was still on. It was very late and… anyway: I bought a ’new’ used 1,1 and I’m good to work now, but nevertheless, I’d love to repair my old machine....
