Chosen Solution So when I boot up my macbook the caps lock light turns on but not the backlit keyboard. I’m not sure if I can hear any fans. The screen stays black no matter what I do. It was working fine last night then wouldn’t wake up from sleep. I tried some things and got it to turn on eventually after about five hours. I’m not sure how though. Then I tried to install mac high sierra because I thought maybe it needed to be updated....

Chosen Solution Hello. one of my fans has died and I’m awaiting a replacement. The machine is getting very sluggish on mediocre tasks. Is this relating to only having one fan? Out of warranty so looking here before I go to Apple. There is a fan for the CPU and the other for the GPU, if the temperature of one of them rises to a certain value then the system will lower their frequency to prevent them from burning and as a result you will notice lower performance....

Chosen Solution So it’s a two-tone beep; if I plug in headphones I hear it through both my speakers and the headphones. It also beeps when my computer is closed but not off. Sometimes it beeps a couple times in a row, other times it’s just once or twice. There are no notifications popping up, I haven’t downloaded anything that would beep like this and it doesn’t matter what I’m doing whether it be watching Netflix or playing a game, it’s just constantly beeping....

Chosen Solution My HTC android desire 510 willn’t go pass the boot up screen. It will boot up at all. I tried everything that I seen on you tube to fix the problem and there has been no change at all Boot into recovery mode, do a factory reset/wipe all, then clear cache. That should get you booted. If not, please update as it may be something a bit more difficult....

Chosen Solution It seems like due to sun exposure the jacket has changes in color in certain sports (e.g. shoulder area). It’s a black jacket, the colors are faded black or almost reddish. is there something I can do, apply, wash it in? Thank you! The jacket has less than 1 yr of use. I didn’t realize sun exposure (this is for outdoors right?) could damage it. you could always just use clothing dye and wash it in the washer with the dye....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have razer blade 15 base (2021) with IPS screen and it got vertical and horizontal lines. there are one vertical and one horizontal line which are changing color and also several dimmed horizontal lines on 50% of screen which are flickering when screen is showing video. sometimes area gets bigger like this and sometimes they disappear. Chosen Solution I hibernated my laptop for a while try putting on but it got stuck on boot and keeps telling me preparing automatic repairs then it restarts over and over again @henry_007 , Henry , on start up try pressing the F8 to get Windows Startup menu or the Advanced Boot Options and select last known good configuration and see if it fixes. Chosen Solution Could it cause a problem to replace a 16Gb i7 with an 8Gb i7? From a hardware perspective there is no difference between a 8 GB Vs a 16 GB system. But! Having less RAM can effect what you can have running concurrently and/or the size of the app and its data. Your OS will try to leverage your drive for Virtual RAM so if your drive is very full it can’t leverage it to make up the difference from your 16 GB logic board....
