Chosen Solution Microphone don’t work with telephone, but work well with recorder. Anyone know the solution ? Work also if I use headphone… Hi, Check that the voice inlet hole on the bottom edge of the phone is not blocked with lint etc. Do not use a pin or probe to try and clear it as you may damage the microphone that is located behind the hole. Use a vacuum cleaner to try and suck out any debris that may be blocking the voice inlet hole If still no good, try starting the phone in safe mode and check if it works OK....

Chosen Solution The battery on my Moto Z Play expanded and started pushing the screen outwards. I dis-assembled the phone and replaced the battery, but now the phone does not take a charge. Tried using the USB cable and wireless charger moto mod, same issue. Tried a second battery from another supplier, same problem. Not charging. Tried factory reset, and charging at boot loader, didn’t help. The phone works off the 20% charge that the replacement batteries came with, works when plugged in with cable....

Lithium Ion batteries can swell when the chemical reaction that happens when you charge and discharge the battery no longer works correctly, which can generate gas, causing the plastic casing/coating on the battery to swell up....

Chosen Solution I havn’t used it for about a month and a half but when I charge it the light, lights up and flickers orange until it is fully charged but after I unplug it i press the power button and it doesn’t turn on. Even when it is connected to a power cable it doesn’t switch on it just flickers that the speaker is charging. Anyone know how I can fix this?...

Hi @yunniethememe, Chances are, the card has an incompatible file system and needs to be formatted. You can do that either in camera (Menu->Setup->Format->Format Card) or on a computer. If you do it on the computer, select FAT32 as the file system. They only support up to 2gb sd card, classic 4 or erlier cards only....

Chosen Solution I put my phone on top of my car and when I drove off and pulled onto the highway, it fell off into the middle of the road. I drove down the road and came back when I realized what had slid off of the roof of my car. It was run over once that I saw, possibly more than that that I hadn’t seen. It had a lifeproof case on it, so the screen was intact and there are NO cosmetic problems whatsoever, not a scratch....

Chosen Solution i changed the screen on my j1 and now the phone is dead.. i wont switch on our even charge.. please help. nicolas katts you do want to troubleshoot your phone according to Samsung’s flow chart: let us know what you find. Do not discount the battery. Some batteries do not hold a charge and may give you the problems you are describing.

Chosen Solution I have a lumia 535 which stopped working a year back and its not starting , showed it to few local repair shops but they cant fix the issue as they are not able to diagnise as its a windows phone Hi, Does the phone show that it is charging when you connect the charger? If not it may be that the battery has been depleted beyond recovery after so long a time and will have to be replaced....

Chosen Solution my xbox one kinect suddenly stopped working and the console can’t recognized it. I tried so many things to solve this problem. I resat the console. I unplugged the kinect then I turn the console off then on then I re-plunged it to console again. I tried it with my friend’s xbox-one, but also not working. When you bought a new one use that. Chosen Solution I recently replaced the battery in my 9570, using the kit and battery from IFIXIT, along with a new RAM kit from Crucial. Since the replacement, when the laptop goes into hibernation mode, after being left alone, it won’t turn back on unless plugged in. The LED battery indicator light won’t even turn on when this happens. Sometimes the Dell screen will flash, then turn back off. Once its back on, it can be unplugged and it behaves normally....

Chosen Solution 2 and a half years ago I bought an Acer, Aspire 15, the F5-571-320G. In the second year it started to only charge when sleeping or off. Once in a while I’d get it to charge even when on but chances of that happening have lowered with time to almost zero. In the last six months it’s become hard to get it to charge even when it’s sleeping. At times I have to disconnect the connection by the power box, make a few light touches and hear a few sparks before it charges and sometimes it feels like certain wall sockets in the house help more than others....

Chosen Solution Hello, diagnosing a strange issue here. Laptop works fine plugged in. When disconnected from ac adapter the laptop works but the screen goes very dark as in the backlight just quits. System still works fine. Connect the adapter back and the backlight Comes on. Tried all windows settings but this issue happens in bios as well. The only thing I can think of is the battery is at fault as I read that in dell XPS series the backlight power is fed straight from the battery....

Chosen Solution The left ear of my AKG earphones decided to become softer than the right. Please help, I don’t want to have to go and fix these. Do you have another pair of earphones you can connect and see if the issue still persists. Check the earphone connector for damage. As a field technician, listening to music with my phone in my pocket, I have bent many of them. Basically, if the peice is bent in any way, the metal contacts are not touching completely in the headphone jack on the phone....

Chosen Solution Lenovo yoga 2 was left in a car on a very hot day and now it won’t turn on, if mains charger is plugged in the processor beeps faintly if you put your ear to it and gets very hot very fast, smells hot aswell as feeling hot Several possibilities here. The battery could have been damaged so it is not providing the required power to the board. You could try disconnecting the battery and plugging in your AC power adapter alone and try running the computer....
