Chosen Solution Hi I’ve recently been using my MacBook connected to my TV via HMDI cable without issues, however the other day after disconnecting I couldn’t get the laptop screen to work normally. The backlit keyboard works but the flashlight test reveals nothing on screen. I’ve tried the various reset options per internet instructions with no luck. Connecting the laptop to an external monitor still works. The laptop is already secondhand so I’m not covered by warranty; I’m getting desperate at this point!...

Chosen Solution I have a 2011 15" MacBook Pro A1286. This issue started 3 days ago. My system becomes HOT TO TOUCH (on the left side & backside) 5-15 minutes after startup. Chosen Solution Hello, Recently board swap my iPhone 11 from a donor I have. Both are exactly the same just different colors Red|Purple. Red iPhone was dying quickly, the screen broke and had broken tele camera. I figured a logic swap would be the easiest thing I could ever do and it would ‘feel like’ brand new. The donor I have is mint. I complete the swap and it reboots 3mins later....

Chosen Solution Hey guys, I am trying to locate the other 2 microphones in a Google Pixel. I don’t have the phone with me so I can’t physically look. There is one on the charging port and 2 more, but where? Customer has reported the other person can not hear them when on loudspeaker/video call. Other mic is working fine. Thanks I think there’s one by the camera as well. This sounds like it might be the cracked solder issue on the microphone (story here), so they might be able to send it back to Google for repair

Chosen Solution I’ve had my 2DS for a while now and I think it was hacked when I bought it, but for a while now whenever I turn it on the screen is black and it says “Enter the pin using ABXY and the Dpad to proceed”. Chosen Solution Its getting hot, I mean very hot after only a few minutes of use. And its only in one corner. Its the left upper corner. Upper Left corner is where the battery starts its charge… or discharge… I’m guessing that theres a short in the battery. I’d send it in to get looked at actually samsung galaxy tab gets hot really quick due to usage of RAM and cpu so its normal ....

Chosen Solution My HP laptop has a broken screen, the other day I was trying to reset it because I needed to clear everything off the laptop and it ended up getting stuck in a boot loop. I just bought it today and popped in mario tennis. but the left screen sometimes has random characters, flashing lines, and pixels. but the left speaker is fine. right eye piece works amazingly. the right is crystal clear. Chosen Solution Hello, My Maytag Bravos XL washer displays ul code and will not finish cycle. The washer usually stops around 10 minutes and attempts to even load. Unfortunately, the washer is unable to finish load. I have tried the quick fix and ran diagnostics with no success. I am wondering what to do next. Chosen Solution My mom’s phone screen freezes/lags. She has to press an icon a few times in order for it to start. When she clicks on an icon, it takes about 5-8 seconds on average for it to open up. In addition, random freezes causes her calls to drop. She has had the phone for 9 months and doesn’t have any background apps outside of the factory default. She does only have 133 mb of storage left out of 8 gb, however....

Chosen Solution i recently bough a second handed iPhone 5s and the owner told me the touch is laggy and the LCD have to be replaced , i replaced the LCD with no Hope the touch is still laggy , i sent the device to a tech. Guy and he checked the phone and replaced the touch ic also with no hope the LCD still laggy. -i used to Lock and Unlock the phone to be able to use the phone for a minutes then it starts to be laggy again, -Also reinstalled iOS , nothing changed i Need an answer for this situation please....

Chosen Solution Recently a friend has given me their Asus TUF fx505DT as they’ve had a difficult time getting it fixed. Without the power cable plugged in there is no signs of life, as soon as the power cable is connected the keyboard backlight turns on, regardless of pressing the power button. I’ve tried reseating the RAM and checked for any lose connections or physical damage to the motherboard but can’t see anything that could cause this and am at a loss for where to look next....

Chosen Solution 55UK6500LLA so should be a 2019 or 2018 model. I have unplugged right side and turned on the tv. A bit of a color difference was visible between left and right at the beginning (darker and lighter black). After a few seconds the left side turned white. Then I unplugged the left side and connected the right side. From the start on no difference in color was visible. Also no change after a few seconds....

Chosen Solution LG LFX25976ST/02 stopped cooling several months ago. We unplugged to wait for repair tech. When we plugged it back in, it started working again. This happened 3-4 more times within the first 2 weeks, then consistently worked for 3 months. Now, it seems to have quit for good.
