Chosen Solution There is a box that highlights an icon and it only opens when it is double tapped. Instead of a single touch or instead of being able to slide, it only works with a double tap. How do we get back to the standard operating procedure for an iPhone? Voiceover has been turn on somehow…. With double tapping you must go to the following; settings<General<Accessibility<voiceover set off You may also be able to triple click the home button (depends on settings) or ask Siri to turn it off (doesn’t always work)

Chosen Solution I tried to update maps , said it didn’t have enough space. I shut it down . when I turned it back on , the only thing it displayed was , a picture of a laptop connected to a G.P.S. …Q what can I do to fix this problem? Chosen Solution i recently received an iMac from a friend that no longer needed it. I am going to use it as my main computer as i put an ssd in it and it’s pretty fast. I am willing to put an intel core i7-860. on ifixit it is saying this it is compatible with my system would this work or will i have issues? I am fully capable of doing this myself btw ....

Chosen Solution I have a Lenovo Yoga 13 and tried to replace a broken power connector. I have 5 wires that attach to the (broken) connector on the laptop side. Does anyone know which are power and which are ground (I tried middle one power and 4 to ground, and that doesn’t seem right). the red are for the inner pair slots the black are for the outer pairslots and the one left is for the center

My friend suggested me to contact data recovery providers. And recommendation ?? I’m assuming the photos on the external memory refers to a micro sd card … can’t you just attach that to a computer with a suitable adapter and recover all those photos easily?...

Chosen Solution Ok so few weeks ago I got myself a brand new m1 macbook air, it was working totally fine until suddenly the keyboard backlight started to flicker out of nowhere. *things I noticed:*flickering starts sometime(randomly) after mac goes to sleep or SHUT DOWN.stops immediately when I touch the backlight slider control from the control center and does not happen until unless mac goes to sleep(manually/automatically) or Shutdown.All keys work ,backlight auto adjusts to ambient lighting as expected, manual backlight control using the slider works as expectedif the backlight was set to a level other than 0, and the backlight was flickering during sleep/shutdown it stops immediately after I log inif backlight was set to level 0, flickering continues after I log in, but stops immediately when the slider is touched and given a manual input (including level 0)*when its flickering and the slider is not yet touched, the slider doesnt oscillate back and forth in sync with the flickering to reflect the backlight level, it stays normal....

Chosen Solution My MacBook Air (early 2015) is not turning on. When I plug in charger it shows green for a sec and then red. When I try to turn it on, all I get is ssd getting hot. Even fan does not spin at any point. SMC resetting results in nothing and battery supposed to be charged fully yet it shows red. Do you guys have any idea what could be the reason?...

On p.5 it details how to run the diagnostics and then also what the error codes (if any) mean. On p.7 it shows the motor resistance and tachometer resistance tests which may be worth looking at as well.

Chosen Solution Is the micro USB port interchangeable between the 1st gen. and the 2nd gen. I want to replace the 2 gen.port with the 1st gen.port which is new. I bought it because original port got wobbly with cord and wouldn’t take a charge. Now my 2 gen. is doing same thing. So I’m hoping they interchange. My device is the Nexus 7 2013. Whenever i now make a video or a voice recording the audio only pans to the left ear of any set of earphones/headphones i have. Chosen Solution I opened this console to clean out dust and I noticed there was never an antenna connected to the Wifi Card. Is there supposed to be one in there? I am asking because there are ports for antennas to connect to just as any WiFi card has but, there isn’t one connected and it has range issues as it works best only when close to the router or the booster....

Chosen Solution Hello, Problem starts after a power outage, sometimes the screen wont turn on - no led light indicator turn on. When I unplugged it from power for few hours, the screen working as usual for a period. Replacement board are rear, may it possible to replace a board’s part and keep using the screen? Thank you @sweetums sounds like a power board issue. Something like bad caps or power transistors would be suspects....

Chosen Solution HI I have an iphone 6 and it crashed whilst using an app. It previously had pop-up notifications saying that I needed to update the system to os9 - I didnt get around to this. Eventually the phone had the “connect to itunes” message. When I plugged the iphone into my mac it first showed an error of not being able to update and that it need a full restore....

Chosen Solution So my MacBook Pro is overheated and the cursor has frozen. I’m not sure if I am supposed to just shut the laptop or to wait for something to happen. Chosen Solution ‘Mark’ lives behind us. My tv shows Marks 2nd fire tv stick under my WiFi direct on my Samsung tv. How is this possible. We don’t own a fire stick. We have never installed a fire stick to our tv. How does this happen Hi @johnniee , Try changing the channel in your Wifi router to a different channel and then reconnect your TV to the new channel. Look in the user guide for your router to see where the channel settings are....
