Chosen Solution Green power light comes on ,goes off, no pic ever comes on Judy Bush, check all the pico fuses on the board. There should be either 4 or 6. Check for continuity. Most likely that two are shorted out. This model has issues with the Convergence Correction Circuit IC STK393-110. Now it is up to you and your skills. Always make sure that you unplug your TV and leave it unplugged while you work on it....
Chosen Solution I bought a used Thunderbolt Display. It was sent to me and I wasn’t able to check it upon purchase. When it finally came, I saw the housing was in very good condition, no scratches, no bumps. Cables are fine and clean. When monitor is plugged in to a power supply my MacBook Pro can be powered too (the small led correctly indicates charging). However: USB ports dont charge any connected device (like iPhone) when connected to laptop, the monitor is neither listed in the monitor list, nor in the thunderbolt section (computer states: no thunderbolt devices connected) the same when monitor is connected via a separate thunderbolt cable (not the one going out of the back housing) What can be wrong?...

A new screen cost approx $100 and then I would have to pay someone to install it since I’m not comfortable with screen replacement.So I’m thinking about buying a less popular (cheaper) used V30 like a locked T-mobile H932 64GB or even one with a bad IMEI and just swapping out the motherboard with my current one....

Chosen Solution One of the rear passenger doors on my car only opens a couple of inches. The gap is not wide enough to get in to the space or to look at the hinge, any ideas how I can fix this? It’s a 2011 Ford Fiesta put a piece of paper along the hinge edge and open it until you feel it stick. look at paper and if you see a mark that means it has a very slight bend that is hitting the frame....

Chosen Solution My phone shut down suddenly and the android doesn’t work properly Make sure the battery has a good charge. Or leave it on charge for an hour. Open the phone and disconnect the battery. Leave for about 5 minutes then reconnect the battery and see if it will turn on. If not try a new battery.
Chosen Solution Hey, my laptop is actually a Yoga S730-13IWL but it was not an option to pick. The laptop could be running at a steady 45-50c unplugged while I am doing minimal tasks (simply browsing the internet or writing a word document) but when I plug it in the fan immediately kicks in (very loudly) and it heats up insanely fast. Today, it went from 45-50c unplugged to my CPU hitting 90c within minutes of being plugged in, all the while the fans were going crazy....
Chosen Solution Leaking from top soap dispenser, maytag washer mvwb835dc. I tried to pour hot water to clear out blockage, still leaking, slow drip. @janderson75, It may be that the washer’s hot water inlet solenoid valve is not closing properly due to grit etc. First check if the filter at the washer end of the hot water hose is intact and not broken etc. Then run a hot water wash, hopefully to flush out any debris in the solenoid valve that may be preventing it from closing properly....

Chosen Solution I left my 3ds in my center console while working as i would play it while on break. It has been around 90 degrees Fahrenheit lately so car was probly around a 100 degrees. Went to play 3ds yesterday and when i power it on i get a solid blue light but both screens remain black. There is no backlight on that i can tell, have tried reset mode of l r a and up no sound no change....
Chosen Solution It happened one day out of nowhere and there is no picture with it and can’t access any menus. It is just black and really dark grey bars running horizontal. Take the back off and look at the capacitors. Look for swollen and/or leaking ones. @darrinthehunn horizontal bars usually originate from failed gate drivers. Those are part of your panel and thus very unlikely to be repairable. Post some good images of what your screen shows....

It may be possibly on the displays buffer boards themselves, but not likely. youll want to check the capacitors on the buffer boards for any shorts to ground, or low esr readings....

YOU dropped your device either by accident or because probably you are too careless. Anyhow, with water one never knows what may happen. The battery will have suffered for sure, because water wil have caused shortcircuit on it. You didn’t mention if your device still operates or not. I assume that by now the unit is dry....
Chosen Solution License plate lights check the fuse under the dashboard, number 15 and think its a 7.5, might be blown. other than that check the harness for each bulb, doubt they’d both go if neither bulb works but worth a check, last resort check for a current when the lights should be on and follow it back to any split wires.
