Chosen Solution My Bose is not working in both ears, a “short". Do you have way to fix this, plus tools? Thank you so much Not special tools needed, just some pliers or a wire cutter and some insulating tape. Plus a replacement jack and chords would be convenient. Cut out the shorted part, redo the connection with the good wire and you should be good.

Chosen Solution The Sonos Play:1 will not power on. If the light on top doesn’t work, you have a power issue. Use another power cable to be sure that the device itself has an issue. Opening the device (as explained elsewhere on this site) will void warranty and possible support from Sonos. Inside, on the motherboard, there is a fuse, which can be replaced only by desoldering it. See other questions regarding this device: if you didn’t have a high tension peak in your electric installation, it can be the thermistor (TH301) which has failed....

Chosen Solution I have an AX660 that has lens that will not open. It is as if it is jammed or stuck. It may have been dropped. I have tried clearing any small debris around the lens by using a small flat-head screwdriver and by blowing compressed air into it, and all that was done to no avail. Chosen Solution how do I leave a personal message for incoming calls? It can be done!! You have to do this from one of the wireless handsets, not from the base set (makes no sense but OK). Press the “envelope” button that says mute underneath it at the bottom of the handset keypad. It will start playing your messages. Press 5 to skip/pause this, then press 8 and wait for instructions to record....

Chosen Solution I bought a Leapfrog Leappad Ultimate at auction. It has a lock code that I don’t know. Is there a way to bypass or reset without the passcode? 196 backspace 87 doesn’t work. I believe you hook it up to the computer, then use leapfrog’s software, Leapfrog Connect, which will allow you to link it to your account and reset the passcode. Doing this does wipe out any downloaded content so you won’t get what the previous user had on there....

Chosen Solution Lately, a DS4 dpad issue emerged: the “left” dpad button stopped working. Pushing it feels like pushing the other dpad buttons. I’ve tried the controller on the PS4 and on the PC using a usb cable and DS4Windows. Both systems won’t recognize the button. I have also tried the reset-button on the back without any success. Chosen Solution I had a message on the macbook that my battery needed to be replaced, so I got all the parts. Took the Macbook pro apart and installed the new battery. Now it seems that it is not working and I don’t know what caused or causes the problem for it not to charge. I have followed all steps and worked very carefully.
