Chosen Solution Hi guys. Ok ok I know you can buy the adhesive strips to re attach the LCD I have tried several now from different suppliers but they all fail some literally within hours. Has as anyone found a supplier to any that actually stick it down & could you share please? Cheers guys. All adhesives have a weak point! Thats the surface they are trying to adhere. Chosen Solution I got a tronsmart element t6, i let this speaker in rain and worked after i turn off he won t turn on, i was thinking is out of battery i just charged up and don t turn on, but when i press or hold turn on button just make a green color on top. Some fix please Hi, Your speaker is not water resistant so it will have to be opened, inspected and cleaned properly to hopefully get it working again Water and electronics and electricity are not a good mix....
Chosen Solution Hi, stand-by red light on; use remote to turn on; lower red lights go through light up cycle, but don’t get to the final “click”…so no video whatsoever. I have audio, no problem but no video. Removed back cover, inspected boards - no obvious bulging or burn-out Nothing obvious to me. Seems like it’s a board replacement to me…which board??? Chosen Solution So the volume/ power button flex cable arrived today. I went over the tear down tutorial and started the repair. I’m at the part where you slide the flat tool under the copper backing to loosen the battery but the docking port and speaker section of the logic board don’t seam to want to move? all the video’s make it look like it slide’s out like pizza! I am really worried that the docking port and the speaker are glued down....
Chosen Solution My macbook pro will start up fine( most of the time), but randomly my screen will go complete purple or green, sometimes with stripes, and then goes black. The computer is still on, but it’s completely unresponsive. It’s also very hot. One time the screen went straight black, and just beeped, without a pattern, until I did a forced shut-down. I also know that this started happening within the past week, before that I noticed my computer would turn on while sleeping in my backpack and overheat and be non-responsive with a black screen....
Chosen Solution I bought 13" MacBook pro A1278 unibody. Used AS-IS for 80$ (negotiated from 140$) off of a classifieds app. The person said it doesn’t power on and they don’t know why. They said “doesn’t turn on maybe water damage” is what they put in the ad literally. So I took a gamble and bought it with hopes that it could or can be fixed. I inspected the laptop and there’s no signs of water damage as in: the keys aren’t sticky, there aren’t any liquid stains, screen looks like in very good condition light scratches no cracks or etc....

However, there was no problem at first, but after about a week after the replacement, the left shift key does not work. If you just turn on the power, it is connected in safe mode. In the safe mode, the password to access the computer is also entered while the shift is pressed, so the connection is not possible....

Your system has a few extension which are no longer supported for the OS you are running. You should remove the extensions and install a fresh copy of OS. You may want to run Disk Utility from another bootable drive to run permissions & drive repairs.

I have to unplug the battery and plug the magsafer to turn it on and turn it off again, plugg the battery and the magsafer then it will turn on.. Can anyone help me with the problem? Chosen Solution I replaced my screen on my iphone 6 plus. The new touch screen from ifixit works great. The home button works fine, camera works as well. However, I no longer have a working microphone. I can’t ask Siri anything, speak to someone on a phone call if the speaker is on, or dictate text messages, etc. Any help would be appreciated. My guess would be that in the repair you cut one of the microphone cables, jostled it from its position, or that it is no longer in its original place....
Chosen Solution When my 07 suburban is at a stop the rpm fluctuate and the truck shake a little. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Chosen Solution Hi guys, a friend of mine gave me his old 2ds that does not turn on, i thought it would be a problem with the power connector. But, using a multimeter i can see that the 4.6 volts reach the pins that go to the motherboard from the back of the connector. Left it for 10 minuites plugged in, doesn’t turn on. Chosen Solution I used the tutorial by ifixit to fix my left joycon but after I fixed it, my controller won’t work at all?. When I first detached the backing, one of the side cables detached but i reattached it. That is the only thing that I think I did wrong. I really need help, everyone else’s repairs seem to have gone good. 2 suggestions open it back up and check your ribbon cables for tears and missing pads and verify theyre seated correctly....
