Chosen Solution The iphone was water damaged and inoperable. I was able to use an ultrasonic cleaner and a new battery and the phone works again. The only problem is the charging / lightning port doesnt recognize anything. I replaced the port and it still doesnt work. It did detect being connected from power off and turned itself on, however it does not detect any charge. not recognized=charging IC issue. Very common with water damage....
Chosen Solution I have tried multiple times to boot into os with no luck. I’ve bought new cables and even tried windows but nothing. It only outputs a white/grey screen, but i know it works because when i remove the hard drives it shows on screen that error sign for missing files or drives. Chosen Solution I know there is a guide for replacing the screen on the other model but when looking at it I noticed how different the builds were. CPR and Motorola have both told me they can do it,but it will cost me $150. I would wrather not pay that much if I can do it myself. When getting the replacement screen, make sure that you make it explicitly clear that you need the 2nd gen screen, because $84 for a full screen assembly on the 2nd gen Moto X sounds way too low to be possible....

Chosen Solution When i plugged it in last time, I had to wiggle the power chord while it was in the headphones to get it to charge. So it had to be angled to charge. And now it won’t charge at all. Chosen Solution It’s only 1 year old! rmshames2 sounds like the battery is swelling up on your phone. What you want to do is to have it fixed under warranty or fix it yourself by replacing the phones battery. Check on videos like this to get an idea on how to replace it. You don’t want to wait on this since it will continue to swell. Do not use your phone and do not charge your phone....
