Huy guys, i have some problem here. My Samsung galaxy s5 sm-g900f phone before its dead I was using my phone and the charge. Then suddenly the phone turned off and I have not being able to bring it trun on back. My device doesent charging. and i’d use another battery and charger but its didn’t work. Phone does not show any LED, Sound. and when i try to turn it on, my device become heating, even over heating. is it fixible? Help me Please
Ziyadul you did not tell us if anything happened to the phone prior to. Anyhow, there was a service notice on the S5 regarding “How to check Capacitance impedance to analyze ‘No power’ issue of S5” so check on this first. Note: The Impedance of Capacitance (Either C903 or C948) must NOT be shorted.
Remove the shield can in the yellow box (located near LCD connector as shown below).
Measure the Impedance value of each capacitance in the yellow box as shown below. If either capacitance is shorted, replace it to the new one.
Remember that this must be done with a capacitance meter. For anything else proceeds with troubleshooting according to the manual.
