My Phone Wont Come Boot Up Bast The 4G Lte Screen Zte Max Xl

Phone should be fully charged but it wont boot up past the 4G LTE screen and I don’t know why. ive tried resetting the phone but nothing has worked.

I’m having the same problem. Replaced the charging port but it still won’t boot past the white ZTE “powered by Android” screen, then shuts off. Holding the power button just returns it back to the white ZTE screen.
