Hi My moto G 1nd wont boot or charge after i accidentally let battery down 0. Can i resolve.? also i bring to for assistence but they say this is a problem for a circuit .. When i plug the phone to charge, Became really hot and wont boot or lights up
hi, i had the same problem and I left it to cool down for some time, I later discovered that pressing and holding the power button for 15 minutes straight let the phone’s led blink, I was then only able to charge the phone from a windows pc with the appropriate Motorola drivers available from the manufacturer’s website… the phone was working fine after an overnight charge via the pc. Hold on a minute, my wife was having the same problem with her Moto G also whilst charging. After looking around the net the one thing that truly helped (and this has happened a couple of times now), was to boot the phone into recovery (press and hold Power Button + Volume Up for about 10 to 20 seconds)and choose the restart option. Reboot might take a minute or two before anything happens but this should work. Incidentally the first time this occurred on the wife’s phone was directly after a system update.
I have two mobile set of moto g, and facing dead problem PCB just blink censors when charging. even i had test both of PCB on multi meter boards are okay, but not taking power even i had boosted battery as well.
