I’ve had my phone 3 months and I’ve never damaged it in any way. Yesterday my phone stopped charging. I tried the power button and volume button trick but it doesn’t work. When I turn on the phone it’s on 3% all the time and when you plug it in an exclamation mark appears on the battery symbol. Then it turns itself off. When you try turn it back on a big battery and exclamation mark appear on the screen. This has happened twice before and I’ve fixed it with power button trick but it doesn’t work this time. The battery is not removable.
@tomas_om since you’ve only had your phone for this short amount of time, replace it under warranty. It does sound like either a battery or a logic board issues.
I’m about to tear my phone apart and see what’s going on with it since I’m having the same issue. I got it used, so nothing lost.
You should put it in boot mode and the phone should charge but dont reboot until 15-30 min have passed to get around 5-10% to use
I have the same problem on my 530, it’s look like a problem with charging-port and battery, i used it on various chargers when the original charger pasts-away deadly, i think that is the problem for my case, never shoulds charging smartphones with other chargers, should be the original charger every time .
Replace the charger. Sometimes a charger gets worn out from being in a certain position for so long. If you keep using the old charger, it will only charge in a certain position. You should get something like this…
