My Phone Won T Turn On Samsung Galaxy S4

when i turn on my samsung galaxy s4 i9500 phone the screen just black only the LED were blink red. HELP PLS

Maybe the LCD is Broken If you see the softkeys light and the LED blinking the mainboard hardware is working and starting.

1st try flash with new rom if it doesn’t work my best guess is the lcd defect or just need replacement
