My phone was acting strangely and would not power down so I took out the battery. Now the operating system will not load. I can get to the boot screen and have done a factory reset but it will still not work. Any suggestions?
how you done the factory reset by the way, might be the OS data corrupt or bad memory module. you can try flash with new rom
