So, I don’t know why but every time I press the button to turn my volume up it goes all the way up. It started doing this recently tonight and I have no idea why or how it’s doing it. I’ve tried turning my phone off and on again to no avail. I even see the volume bar turn up. I have also tried looking this problem up but with no luck. I feel like I might be the only one who has this issue. My iPhone says it’s an iPhone Se (?). I took off the case and that’s what it said. Anyway, I hope I can get some help because I don’t know what is happening.

hello Belle, you probably have a broken switch inside the case. Maybe because of wetness or sand from the beach. Temporarily, you can change the volume in the “control center” but the component responsible for changing the volume (flexible tape with several switches and sensors) will have to be replaced sometime. A new tape costs $ 0.90, while a replacement - if you can’t do it yourself, check in your area.
