my phone restarting and not responding , when i disconnected the power key restarting stop and when i try to connect again power key restarting again , i downloaded new updated operation system but when i try to install it the phone turn of, how can i fix this problem?
Have you tried applying update with and without charger plugged in while battery is near full? I’ve seen that sometimes it gets stuck on the htc phone icon with the red exclamation mark if the charger is plugged in on certain htc phones for software updates.
