So my iPhone won’t turn on like the screen is black and holding the bottom volume rocker and power for thirty second s didn’t work and I can’t turn it on

Will the computer and iTunes recognize the phone when it’s plugged in? Update (06/22/2020) I would try a new battery or a known good battery or if you can charge the battery outside of the phone.
