My phone screen froze and i reset but wont turn back on, its a ZTE zmax pro i was watching a youtube video and it was charging, around 70% i tried pulling down the notifications but that wouldnt work either would any buttons so i held power button down and it turned off now it wont turn on. ive connected it to my pc where i get an error that it is not recgonzied and has malfunctioned when i plug it in the home button does not light up, no combo of power and other buttons will turn it on, i think thats everything but ask if you need anything else EDIT i was holding down the power button while plugged into my computer and my phone vibrated and a driver call ZTE diagnostic tool installed

Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the ZTE logo screen appears, then release. 2.Press the Volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset. 3.Press the Power button to select. 4.Press the Volume down button repeatedly until Yes – delete all user data is highlighted. 5.Press the Power button to select. 6.Wait as the device resets.
