My phones screen lights up blank and the light next to the camera lights up and the phone vibrates and makes noises but it will not turn on. I have never dropped it in water.
try these steps-…..https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28… but sounds like you need a new screen . if it doesnt work after the reset. there are many other reasons for screens to go ba other than water.
