I’ve already reset my Phone and it is still doing this it wont let me make call or even text Please help
Shelby Holder, I do not own this device. There are a couple things suggested from forums I have read through for you to try. If the phone is not working correctly, you may need to master reset it and also clear the cache partition(1st link). If the airplane mode problem persists a factory reset may be required. This clears out the content and apps from your device and returns it to its original state(link #2). Good luck.
