Hi my phone is getting switched off while it’s showing 60% charge. Even it’s only getting switched on after plugging the charger on . After it is getting on its shows 11% of charge. I am not able to understand if the problem is with the battery or motherboard. Please help.
Bad battery. Replacing it will fix problem.
It can be a battery issue,yes. You’d have to replace it to see. There’s really no other way to know for sure. If this issue is nonstop,then you could plug a new battery into it without the whole disassembly process,and see if it has the same issue,while leaving it on the table. If the battery replacement works,you can then install it,if not,at least you didn’t go through the hour hassle of adhesive removal. If it isn’t the battery,it can be a circuit problem with the logic board. It can be so many different things. Battery replacement is definitely the first step.
