I completely charged my Infinix note 3 Pro inbuilt phone but can`t power on….help me to resolve this please!!!
These phones usually run MTK CPUs. Try holding Volume- and Power button for 15 seconds. If that doesn´t work, connect it to computer and try to look in device manager if it shows as one of these:
- MT65xx Preloader
- Unknown Device
- Serial2USB Device
- Android device
- MTP USB device. If yes, there is a software issue and phone needs to be flashed with stock ROM, which is usually bunch of .img files, not the OTA zip that you can download from the vendor´s site.
