I was watching a snapchat story and then my phone black screened, its still lit but its black and when i plug it in the charging light still comes on? i really don’t want to restart my phone because i have so many things on my phone i want to save, is there anyway i can fix this? this is really important, thank you so much!
Shine the phone under a bright light and see if you can see a faint picture, if yes than its probably the backlight, if no then honestly I don’t know.
