Chosen Solution
My pc does not start up but has a constant buzzing sound from the mother board and then stops. After a 1 minute it begins buzzing again but has not started up yet. I checked all components hard drives, memory, power supply and just about everything else. I brought this pc new sometime ago it has served me well and I would to get working again. what going on?
buzzing… is this an electronic noise from the motherboard? or is this a bad cpu/case fan, or something contacting the fan causing vibration or (card-in-bicycle-spokes) type noises?
