The model of my hp note book is actually HP 8570p with intel i7 3740qm and AMD HD 7570m

I was having this problem a few days ago, when i was using my notebook, suddenly it freezes and i was forced do to a hard reset When i tried to turn it back on the fan is spinning and the monitor is black and when i tried to plug in my keyboard, the keyboard light wont turn on When i was looking for the solution I thought it was because of the cmos battery, because coincidentally for a few week my notebook time was often off every time i turn on the computer after shuting it down But when i replaced the battery, nothing changed Does that mean i have motherboard problem? Is it possible my new battery is dead?

Extra bits: 1.no beep, and the capslock does not blink When i remove the ram capslock blink 3 time, looking at the hp suport page it mean ram is missing (atleast my notebook recognized that)The led indicator on the sides turn on, charging indicator is normal, when i turn on the notebook, the power indicator is white, and the wifi indicator starts as orange then turn white

Hi, When you replaced the CMOS battery was the main battery disconnected from the laptop? If yes ignore the following If no try a complete power refresh and check the results. Turn off laptop if on Switch off charger and disconnect charger if connected Remove main battery from laptop. Disconnect CMOS battery from motherboard Press and hold the laptop’s Power button for 20 seconds then release. Reconnect the CMOS battery Connect and switch on the charger (leave the main battery out at this stage) Try to start the laptop. If it starts allow it to boot all the way to the Windows desktop and then allow the HDD activity to settle a bit i.e. wait about 5 minutes Shutdown the laptop in the normal manner. When it has completely shutdown, switch off and disconnect the charger, reinsert the main battery, reconnect and switch on the charger and turn on the laptop. If it starts allow it to boot all the way to the Windows desktop, allow the HDD activity to settle a bit and then check the charge status of the battery. If it is charging allow it to fully charge before switching off and disconnecting the charger from the laptop.
