My note 5 turn off/on and at times phone freezes screen then heats up and drains out battery and turns off. Place back on charger works fine for hours and then it repeats to the above. Should I replace battery or purchase other phone?
Sounds like a bad battery, I would recommend getting it replaced at a reputable repair shop. Other than that if that’s no good purchasing another phone would be the next option.
