I have a new HEPA air purifier and i plug it in it shows no power recognition whatsoever
@gtgene you said that it is new. So if you followed the owners manual to turn it on; if you tried another outlet and it still does not work, return it. You do not want to start ripping apart something that may still be covered under waranty.
