When my mobile phone was inserted a charger,it was not charging instead of battery to charged ,it was lead to low battery
try getting a new charger or shutting off your phone completely, my phone charges like 30% in 15 minutes this way. or try simply restarting your phone. if this problem continues then take it to the store you got it from and ask someone there Update (02/10/2017) also you might have broken the inside of the phone by bending the charger inside of it
