That’s a scam. Look at the email address. They are trying to get your passcode to lock you up. Probably then hit you with ransomware. Do not respond to that email address. If you have, immediately call Apple at 800-MYAPPLE and report it and change your passcode. Reboot your machine in Safe mode by holding down the Shift key on startup. Go to your browser and get it off that page.
