I was watch movies on my TV but suddenly a horizontal dotted line appears across the screen , I’ve tried to turn it off for a while , applied pressure to the edge of the screen but it doesnt seem to work
minhcool69 let us know what make and model your TV is. Horizontal lines are usually caused by a failed gate drivers. Those are usually mounted on a flex cable which is bonded to the LCD panel. Therefore it is almost impossible for the DIY’er to repair those. Post some pictures of your boards and where you applied pressure etc. with your question. that way we can see what you see Adding images to an existing question
