Hi @squiggle , If possible, try using a Win 10 recovery USB to repair the start issue. You can create a USB recovery drive from any known working Win 10 PC. All you need is an 8GB flashdrive and about 40-60 minutes of time. In the host PC go to Control Panel > Recovery > Create a recovery drive and follow the prompts. When you have the USB drive start the laptop by pressing the Novo button and select to enter BIOS. When in BIOS change the boot order to USB 1st boot option and also enable Legacy USB, and save the changes, insert the flashdrive and then restart the laptop. If it starts it should boot from the USB into the Windows Recovery Environment menus. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced > Startup repair and follow the prompts. Be careful if you select Repair this PC because if you select the wrong option after this you can erase all your data as Windows will be reinstalled.
