Hello I have a HP Pavillion x360 convertible Model 15-cr0056wm that won’t power on or charge. The charging port is broken due to a dog yanking out the cord while it was plugged in. Can I bring it in for a diagnostic? And how much is it?

When the dog bit down on the charging cord, it may have damaged the cord and not the port. See if replacing the cord won’t help before bringing the laptop in for an expensive repair. If that doesn’t work, and you want a technician to look at it, repair prices vary depending on who you bring your computer to. Try calling a few places and ask for the price of the estimate, labor, parts, etc. before you go take your computer somewhere. However, in general, it’s more cost effective to buy a new laptop than to get one fixed because laptop repairs can often cost more than the laptop is worth.
