Hello, I’ve tried almost everything and nothing’s working I press the power button and the led light is blinking and o hear beeps I believe it’s from bios and I’ve tried hard resetting it and that’s not working everytime I start it up it stays on the hp screen then it goes to automatic repairs and the blank screen with a cursor.also I’ve been into the f2 settings and I ran a quick test and it say the hard drive short dst failed and at the bottom it says hard drive 1-Primary HDD Bay* Thank you for your help.
Hard drive needs to be replaced. You need to find the proper drive for your device, most likely a sata 2.5” and install windows onto there. You can see a professional if you need files from the old hard drive. They should be able to recover it.
